    Job Description – Showroom Staff

    Showroom staff at Maruti Suzuki authorized dealerships are responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day showroom operations. Key responsibilities include:

    • Welcoming customers as they enter the showroom and understanding their requirements
    • Assisting the sales team in presenting vehicle features, specifications, and pricing
    • Maintaining showroom cleanliness, display vehicles, and promotional materials
    • Coordinating with the cashier and documentation team for smooth delivery processes
    • Handling customer queries, test drive scheduling, and follow-up calls
    • Supporting during vehicle delivery ceremonies and ensuring customer satisfaction
    • Maintaining records of customer footfall, enquiries, and daily reports

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum 8th Pass is required. Candidates with 10th, 12th, or Graduation qualification are also eligible and preferred for senior roles. ITI or Diploma holders in Automobile/Mechanical are preferred for technical positions.

    Age Limit

    Minimum age: 18 years | Maximum age: 35 years (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per government norms)
