    Job Description – Sales Manager

    The Sales Manager at a Maruti Suzuki dealership plays a critical role in driving revenue growth and building long-term customer relationships. Key responsibilities include:

    • Achieving monthly and quarterly vehicle sales targets set by the dealership
    • Leading and motivating a team of sales executives to maximize performance
    • Building and maintaining relationships with individual and corporate clients
    • Conducting product presentations, test drives, and explaining finance/insurance options
    • Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and reporting insights to management
    • Handling customer escalations and ensuring high customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
    • Coordinating with the finance and insurance desk for smooth booking and delivery

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum 12th Pass is required. A Graduate degree in Business Administration (BBA/MBA) or any stream is preferred. Candidates with relevant automobile sales certification are given priority.

    Age Limit

    Minimum age: 21 years | Maximum age: 40 years (age relaxation as per company policy)

    Experience

    1–5 years of experience in automobile sales, retail sales, or FMCG sales preferred. Fresher graduates with excellent communication skills may also be considered.

    Salary & Benefits

    Basic Salary ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/Month
    HRA (House Rent Allowance) ₹4,000 – ₹8,000/Month
    Sales Incentives ₹5,000 – ₹20,000/Month (based on targets)
    Fuel / Travel Allowance As per company policy

    Total CTC Up to ₹60,000/Month
