    Job Description – Test Drive Staff

    • Conducting vehicle test drives with prospective customers as per showroom schedule
    • Briefing customers on vehicle features, controls, and safety instructions before the test drive
    • Accompanying customers during test drives and answering feature-related queries
    • Ensuring test drive vehicles are clean, fuelled, and ready before each demonstration
    • Maintaining test drive logs, customer feedback forms, and daily reports
    • Coordinating with the sales team to schedule and track test drive appointments
    • Reporting any vehicle issues or accidents immediately to the service manager

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum 10th Pass is required. 12th Pass candidates are preferred. A valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving licence is mandatory for this role.

    Age Limit

    Minimum age: 18 years | Maximum age: 30 years

    Experience

    Freshers with a valid driving licence can apply. Training on Maruti Suzuki vehicle features and test drive protocols will be provided at the dealership.

    Salary & Benefits

    Basic Salary ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/Month
    HRA (House Rent Allowance) ₹2,000 – ₹6,000/Month
    Performance Allowance ₹1,000 – ₹5,000/Month
