    Job Description – Receptionist / Front Desk Executive

    • Welcoming customers, visitors, and service appointments at the front desk with a warm smile
    • Handling inbound phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or person
    • Managing customer walk-in registrations, enquiry forms, and appointment scheduling
    • Coordinating with the sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer flow
    • Maintaining visitor logs, enquiry records, and front desk reports daily
    • Assisting customers with basic queries about vehicle models, pricing, and service schedules
    • Keeping the reception area neat, organized, and presentable at all times

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum 12th Pass from any recognized board. Graduation in any stream is an added advantage. Computer proficiency (MS Office, email) is required.

    Age Limit

    Minimum age: 18 years | Maximum age: 30 years

    Experience

    Freshers can apply. 0–2 years of experience in front desk, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
