    Job Description – Cashier / Billing Executive

    • Processing vehicle booking amounts, EMI down payments, and full payments from customers
    • Issuing proper receipts and invoices for all transactions
    • Maintaining daily cash books, bank reconciliation, and petty cash registers
    • Coordinating with the finance desk for loan disbursements and insurance premium collections
    • Handling refunds, cancellations, and adjustments as per dealership policy
    • Operating billing software (Dealer Management System / Tally) for accurate records
    • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cashflow reports for the accounts department

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    12th Pass in Commerce stream is the minimum requirement. B.Com or BBA graduates are preferred for senior cashier roles. Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and DMS software is an advantage.

    Age Limit

    Minimum age: 18 years | Maximum age: 35 years (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per government norms)

    Experience

    0–3 years of cash handling or accounting experience preferred. Freshers from a Commerce background are also welcome to apply.

    Salary & Benefits

    Basic Salary ₹12,000 – ₹28,000/Month
    HRA (House Rent Allowance) ₹2,000 – ₹5,000/Month
    Dearness Allowance ₹1,000 – ₹3,000/Month
    PF (Provident Fund) 12% of Basic Salary
    ESI (Employee State Insurance) As per government norms
    Total CTC Up to ₹45,000/Month
