Job Description – Showroom Staff
- Welcome customers visiting the TVS showroom and assist them in product selection
- Explain features, specifications and pricing of TVS two-wheelers to walk-in customers
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement and floor discipline
- Coordinate with sales team for test rides, document collection and booking formalities
- Handle customer queries politely and escalate unresolved issues to the manager
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
8th Pass / 10th Pass is the minimum educational requirement for this position. Candidates with higher qualifications are also welcome to apply.
Age Limit
Minimum age: 18 years | Maximum age: 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.
Experience
Freshers and experienced both can apply.
