    Job Description – Experienced Staff (Sales / Service / Admin)

    • Senior-level positions open for experienced sales executives, senior mechanics and service advisors
    • Lead and mentor junior staff while maintaining personal sales or service targets
    • Handle key accounts, fleet clients and high-value customer relationships
    • Resolve complex technical or customer escalation issues independently
    • Eligible for fast-track promotion to team leader or department manager roles
