Job Description – Sales Executive
- Engage walk-in customers and deliver an authentic Royal Enfield brand experience
- Explain product range, features, colours, and accessories for each model
- Achieve monthly retail targets and earn attractive performance-based incentives
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals
- Handle test ride scheduling, loan documentation, and vehicle registration assistance
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
12th Pass / Graduation preferred. Relevant technical certifications (ITI/Diploma) will be advantageous for mechanical roles.
Age Limit
Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.
Experience
Freshers with passion for motorcycles; 1 year sales experience preferred.
