Job Description – Receptionist / Front Desk Executive
- Manage front desk operations and greet all visitors professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer appointment scheduling
- Maintain visitor records and coordinate with relevant departments
- Assist service advisors with customer documentation
- Ensure a welcoming, organized reception area at all times
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate. Candidates with relevant certification, ITI, or diploma will be given preference for technical roles.
Age Limit
Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 35 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.
Experience
Freshers welcome; 0–2 Years preferred. Prior experience in the automobile industry will be an added advantage.
