    Job Description – Test Drive Executive / Demonstration Staff

    • Conduct test drives with potential customers in Mahindra vehicles
    • Explain vehicle features, safety systems, and performance capabilities during drives
    • Schedule and coordinate test drive appointments with the sales team
    • Maintain test drive vehicles in clean and fully fuelled condition
    • Collect customer feedback after test drives and report to the sales manager

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum qualification required: 10th Pass / 12th Pass with Valid Driving Licence. Candidates with additional certifications or diplomas related to the role will be given preference.

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.

    Experience

    Freshers with Driving Licence Welcome. Candidates with prior experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.

    Salary & Benefits

    Component Details
    Basic Salary ₹20,000/Month
    HRA (House Rent Allowance) ₹7,000/Month
    Overtime Pay As per company policy
    Food Facility Available
    PF & ESI As per government norms
    Total CTC Up to ₹50,000/Month

    In addition to the above, employees may receive performance-based incentives, festival bonuses, and annual increments based on appraisal.
