    Job Description – Showroom Staff

    • Welcome and assist customers visiting the Mahindra showroom
    • Demonstrate vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to potential buyers
    • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of showroom floor and displayed vehicles
    • Coordinate with sales team for test drives and customer inquiries
    • Handle customer queries, collect feedback, and ensure satisfactory experience

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum qualification required: 8th Pass / 10th Pass / 12th Pass. Candidates with additional certifications or diplomas related to the role will be given preference.

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.

    Experience

    Freshers Welcome / 0–2 Years Preferred. Candidates with prior experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.

    Salary & Benefits

    HRA (House Rent Allowance) ₹8,000/Month

    Total CTC Up to ₹60,000/Month
