    Job Description – Automobile Mechanic / Service Technician

    • Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in Mahindra vehicles
    • Perform scheduled maintenance services including oil change, brake inspection, and tyre rotation
    • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle issues accurately
    • Maintain service records and parts inventory in the workshop
    • Ensure all repairs meet Mahindra quality standards and safety norms

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum qualification required: 8th Pass / 10th Pass + ITI Certificate Preferred. Candidates with additional certifications or diplomas related to the role will be given preference.

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.

    Experience

    Freshers with ITI / 1–3 Years Experience. Candidates with prior experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.

    Salary & Benefits

    Component Details
    Basic Salary ₹20,000/Month
    HRA (House Rent Allowance) ₹7,000/Month
    Overtime Pay As per company policy

    PF & ESI As per government norms
    Total CTC Up to ₹55,000/Month

    In addition to the above, employees may receive performance-based incentives, festival bonuses, and annual increments based on appraisal.
