    Job Description – Company Driver / Vehicle Driver

    • Drive company vehicles for staff transport, customer pick-up/drop, and official purposes
    • Ensure vehicle is clean, fuelled, and in roadworthy condition at all times
    • Maintain a vehicle logbook with trip details, mileage, and fuel consumption
    • Follow all traffic rules, company driving policies, and safety guidelines
    • Assist in vehicle delivery runs to customers as required

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum qualification required: 8th Pass / 10th Pass with Valid Driving Licence. Candidates with additional certifications or diplomas related to the role will be given preference.

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.

    Experience

    1–3 Years Driving Experience. Candidates with prior experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.

    Salary & Benefits

    Component Details
    Basic Salary ₹18,000/Month
    HRA (House Rent Allowance) ₹6,000/Month
    Overtime Pay As per company policy
    Food Facility Available
    PF & ESI As per government norms
    Total CTC Up to ₹45,000/Month

    In addition to the above, employees may receive performance-based incentives, festival bonuses, and annual increments based on appraisal.
