    Job Description – Customer Support Executive / CRM Executive

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to vehicle service, complaints, and follow-ups
    • Manage the CRM system to track customer interactions, feedback, and pending issues
    • Coordinate between customers and service/sales departments to resolve queries
    • Send service reminders, follow up on post-sale satisfaction, and collect feedback
    • Maintain customer database and generate weekly support reports

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum qualification required: 12th Pass / Graduation. Candidates with additional certifications or diplomas related to the role will be given preference.

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.

    Experience

    0–2 Years / Freshers Eligible. Candidates with prior experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.

    Salary & Benefits
