    Job Description – Cleaning Staff / Housekeeping

    • Maintain cleanliness of the showroom floor, waiting area, and restrooms
    • Clean and polish display vehicles to keep them presentable at all times
    • Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards as per company guidelines
    • Assist in arrangement of furniture and showroom props during events
    • Report maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly

    Eligibility Criteria

    Educational Qualification

    Minimum qualification required: 8th Pass / 10th Pass. Candidates with additional certifications or diplomas related to the role will be given preference.

    Age Limit

    Minimum: 18 years | Maximum: 35 years. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per government norms.

    Experience

    No Experience Required / Freshers Welcome. Candidates with prior experience in the automotive industry will have an added advantage.

    Salary & Benefits

    Component Details
    Basic Salary ₹14,000/Month
    HRA (House Rent Allowance) ₹5,000/Month
    Overtime Pay As per company policy

    PF & ESI As per government norms
    Total CTC Up to ₹35,000/Month

    In addition to the above, employees may receive performance-based incentives, festival bonuses, and annual increments based on appraisal.
